Zennin Martial Arts is a free style martial art system  

 

What is Zennin?

Zennin is a martial art that combines self‑defence, kata, and kickboxing techniques. It focuses on building practical skills while increasing confidence, discipline, and body awareness.

What is Muay Thai?

Muay Thai is a combat sport that teaches kickboxing, self‑defence, and self‑discipline. It delivers a full‑body workout while developing strength, coordination, and mental resilience.

 

Zennin Martial Arts is committed to promoting the value and learning of martial arts to improve the health and wellbeing of its members to benefit broad communities throughout New Zealand.
